A village will decide if it will be cutting its police force.
Alma Center Village President Tom Jones says it's keeping a close eye on its budget, putting the police force up for elimination.
The village has three officers patrolling its streets.
Jones says the officers share 25 hours a month and the department costs about $4,000 a year.
The village will make its final decision on whether the force will stay or go at its meeting Monday night.
