Deputies arrested a man and a woman after serving search warrants at two homes and finding drugs. Adams County Sheriff, Darrell Renner, says deputies arrested 21-year-old Kyle Marty of Friendship and 17-year-old Megan Rice of Grand Marsh.
Deputies say they served the search warrants Thursday morning at 619 Evergreen Drive and at 2045 Maple Street. Both homes are south of Adams. The sheriff says deputies seized about a quarter-ounce of marijuana and a little less than an ounce of cocaine at the home on Maple Street. They also found more than four grams of marijuana with pipes and scales at the home on Evergreen Drive.
The sheriff says the drugs are worth more than $2,500. Neither suspect is charged in relation to the case.
