The families of three Falk Corporation employees killed in a propane explosion and fire at the factory in December are seeking damages in a lawsuit.

It claims negligence by the contractor that installed the propane system.

The lawsuit names the JM Brennan Mechanical Engineering Firm.

But a Brennan spokesman says his company followed all guidelines and rules in installing the pipe and acted in a reasonable way in encouraging people to evacuate the area when the leak happened.
