A jury in Sheboygan County is deliberating the fate of an accused child molester who's facing life in prison if convicted.
Brian Kuhfuss is charged with felony child enticement and exposing himself to a child. Prosecutors say he used an 8-year-old boy to try to lure a 9-year-old girl into his Jeep in August 2005.
Because Kuhfuss has a 1994 conviction for felony child sex exploitation, he falls under the state's 2-strikes law. It says someone facing a second charge involving a sexual crime against a child faces mandatory life in prison if convicted.
