A teenager is now charged in connection with a string of home burglaries near Jim Falls. Chippewa County Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk says on Monday police arrested 17-year-old Dustin Kinderman.
Kinderman told investigators he burglarized five homes and kept the stolen items at a friend's house. Investigators say Kinderman stole a 22-caliber handgun, a laptop, i-pods, and hundreds of dollars in cash and coins.
Kinderman is charged with five counts of burglary and is being held in the Chippewa County Jail.
On September 2nd, police also arrested 18-year-old twin brothers, Joshua and Jonathan Sulla in connection with the burglaries. The criminal complaint says Kinderman stored the stolen goods at their house, but they turned over the items. The two are not being held.
