Taxpayers Leaving Millions in Refunds

The Internal Revenue Service says Wisconsin taxpayers are leaving more than $5 million in refunds.

A spokesman says getting the refund only takes one line on your 10-40 form.

The refund is for service billed between March 2003 and July 2006. The standard amount is between 30 and 60 dollars based on how many personal exemptions they claim.
