Time to Remove Shanties

You can't miss the latest signs of spring in Wisconsin. High temperatures are likely to hit the mid 40s in the north and low 50s in the south today, and similar temperatures are expected tomorrow.

And state officials have issued an annual warning on when ice
fishing shanties must be removed from lakes.

The Department of Natural Resources says the shacks must be
removed by next Friday on lakes and rivers south of Wisconsin
Highway 64.

The removal date for waters north of that highway is
March 15th.
