UW Student Comments On Professor's Remarks

A University of Wisconsin law student, who drew attention to a professor's classroom remarks that are seen as disparaging the Hmong people, says she's gotten a strong reaction from across the country.
Kashia Moua from Eau Claire says she's heard from Hmong people outraged by the remarks characterizing them as killers and criminals. She's also received hateful e-mails in which her motives were questioned and she was called names.
Moua spoke last night at a forum organized by law school students and faculty.
