Arthur Brenner is charged with two felony courts of injury by a negligent use of a dangerous weapon. In early November, Brenner was hunting turkeys when he pointed his gun towards a noise, and shot the two boys, permanently blinding one of them. At Monday's preliminary appearance, Judge William Stewart found it probable that a crime had been committed. An arraignment was held, and two pleas of not guilty were entered by the court. A trial date has not yet been set.
