Poirier Trial Date Set
Forty-eight-year old Eric Poirier is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide.
The criminal complaint says that on January 16 Poirier shot 34-year old Leon Lapham once in the back.
A trial date has been set for April 21.
Poirier remains in the Chippewa County jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
