Man attempts to burn down friend's house

Clark County prosecutors charged 46-year-old Timothy M. Olson of Loyal on Wednesday. Deputies arrested him around 9:00 p.m.
Someone passing by reported the fire at on U.S. Highway 10, east of Neillsville, just after 4:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The house was fully engulfed when the Granton Fire Department got there. No one was in the home at the time. Firefighters determined the fire was suspicious and got other investigators involved.
Olson is out of jail on a signature bond. He's expected in court in two weeks.
