A man who told investigators he may have hundreds of child pornography videos is headed to jail.

An Eau Claire County judge sentenced 60-year-old Kipley Schultz of Fall Creek to one year in jail and 10 years of extended supervision. He pleaded guilty to six counts of child pornography, seven counts were dismissed.

In March, he told investigators he had been downloading pornography for three years. He also told them he may have 500 videos on his computer. Schultz cannot have unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 and cannot consume any alcohol.
