A Minnesota truck driver is facing criminal charges in Thursday morning's collision with a school bus that left nine students injured in Onalaska.

The Police Chief said 37-year-old Michael Lee of Cambridge, Minnesota might have had a combination of alcohol and other drugs in his system when his truck rear-ended the bus on the exit ramp from Highway 53 to Main Street.

One of the students remains in serious condition from the crash. The truck was equipped with black boxes that contain data about speed and braking.
