Wisconsin Lawmaker Introduces a Bill Targeted at Sex Offenders

A Wisconsin Lawmaker wants to make the state's worst sex offenders easy to spot on the road.

Kleefisch says many sex offenders use their cars to commit crimes by driving to meet someone they met online or prowling parks and schools.
