The President of the University of Minnesota wants Wisconsin students who attend his school at a discount to pay the same tuition as Minnesotans.
The University President says changing the Minnesota-Wisconsin reciprocity agreement would raise another $5 million in annual revenue for the university.
Because of how the complicated formula works, Wisconsin students at the University of Minnesota's four campuses pay anywhere from 14% to 29% less in tuition and fees than Minnesotans.
