Several Wisconsin counties are still under a flood warning, including Trempealeau, where the Buffalo River is pouring over roads in Eleva.
>
People there tell us the river floods parts of town every spring.
One neighbor says it usually sticks to fields and yards, but says sometimes several feet of water rush over the roads.
>
And farther south in Trempealeau County, many low lying areas are underwater, including the town of Dodge's Sportsman's Park. Farm fields still have high water issues and the Trempealeau River is overflowing in some places.
>
As of Wednesday night, parts of Trempealeau, Crawford, Vernon, Buffalo and Richland Counties are all under a flood warning.
