Police: Train death appears to be accidental
Officers released the name of the man who was hit and killed by a train on Monday morning.

Investigators say the death of a man who was hit by a train appears to be an accident.
Winona police say Bruce Edward Streng, 51, was walking south at the railroad crossing on Johnson Street in Winona on Monday morning.
A Canadian Pacific Railway train that was headed east hit him.
Police say the train operator couldn't stop in time. Investigators say it was dark at the time. They say there are no lights or signals at the crossing.
