Man with pictures of naked minors will go to jail
40-year-old Alejandro De La Garza was accused of giving kids alcohol and having pictures of them engaged in sexual activity is headed to jail.

The man accused of giving kids alcohol and having pictures of them engaged in sexual activity is headed to jail.
40-year-old Alejandro De La Garza was arrested in November after investigators say they found picture files of naked minors having sexual contact in his home.
On Tuesday, a Barron County judge sentenced De La Garza to 120 days in jail and three years probation.
He can't have contact with anyone under 18 unless with their guardian and he can't consume alcohol.
