Wisconsin's top law enforcement officer says she'll have more to say Thursday afternoon about her drunken driving arrest Monday night.
She says she will plead guilty to charges of driving while under the influence as well as face consequences for refusing to take a blood test at the scene. She did take a breathealyzer, and blew a .12. The state's legal limit is .08.
Lautenschlager apologized to the citizens of Wisconsin, saying she will continue to educate people about the dangers of drunk driving.
