In Clark County, a man accused of murdering a 17-year-old boy and wounding another in an argument about drug money pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Twenty-four-year-old Jeffry Schultz Jr. of Unity was scheduled to go on trial Monday on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
He pleaded guilty instead to felony charges of hiding a corpse and threats to injure and to three misdemeanor counts. Schultz ws accused of shooting 17-year-old Adam Falconer of Casade several times in July 2002, in the town of Colby.
