Man charged for pushing parked car through bar

Prosecutors charge the man who pushed a parked car through the wall of a bar.
Trempealeau County prosecutors charged 35-year-old Scott Rand of Onalaska with a count of knowingly operating while revoked, causing property damage
A week ago, deputies say Rand was driving on State Highway 35 when he went off the road, through the ditch and hit a parked car in front of the Jailhouse Saloon in Trempealeau.
The parked car went through the wall and landed near the pool table. People were in the bar at the time, but no one was hurt.
