La Crosse health, medical and school district members met Friday to discuss the current state of flu in the area.
The meeting comes three days after the death of State Road Elementary School second grader Cristian "CJ" Ehler. On Wednesday, Ehler died of flu-like symptoms. Its still unclear if Ehler's death is H1N1 related.
School and health workers say they are doing everything they can to make sure area schools are as clean and safe as can be.
