WAUSAU, Wis. (AP) -- A Wausau man has been charged with his eighth drunken-driving offense.
>
Charles Richey was arrested last month by State Patrol in the Town of Cassel.
>
The 36-year-old Richey has been ordered not to consume alcohol or drive a vehicle.
>
His license has been revoked since 2002 and he's the second person in Marathon County in the past month to be arrested on an eighth OWI offense.
>
According to the most recent state data, there are about 200 Monroe County residents with eight or more OWI convictions.
