The State's Department of Justice has filed criminal charges against a man who prosecutors say scammed customers who bought fuel.
53-year-old John Rassbach of Glenwood City faces five felony counts of theft for shorting people who bought L.P. gas, gasoline and diesel fuel from him.
Investigators say he shorted people by pumping fuel back into his truck after the delivery and by using fraudulent invoices.
If convicted he could face several years in prison, and thousands of dollars in fines.
