The Sheriff in Crookston, Minnesota told volunteers who turned out to search for Sjodin today that the search was over. The Sheriff also confirmed that authorities had found Sjodin's body.
Sjodin hadn't been seen since November when she disappeared from a shopping mall in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Convicted sex offender, Alfonso Rodriguez, is in custody for Dru Sjodin's kidnapping.
