The Eau Claire School district is looking into a possible underage drinking incident during the Memorial boy’s soccer team's trip to state.
Superintendent Dr. Ron Heilmann would only tell us that officers may have issued underage drinking tickets to a group including some students from Memorial High School. Heilmann says the team was staying at a hotel in Milwaukee for the tournament.
He says if students were involved they could be suspended. The Old Abes lost in the state quarterfinals last Thursday.
