An animal neglect investigation has an area humane society in desperate need of help.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department arrested Jess and Tina Kolb from Springville, east of Mauston. Investigators say they were neglecting 37 dogs, 133 rabbits, 13 cats, 2 horses and other small animals. Now the Adams County Humane Society is asking for donations and volunteers to help with the flood of animals.
