Driver accused of hitting buggy and killing baby pleads not guilty
The driver accused of hitting an Amish buggy, killing a baby pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

The driver accused of hitting an Amish buggy, killing a baby pleaded not guilty on Thursday.
50-year old Brian Witkus of Marshfield is charged with homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Witkus told officers he took pain medication prior to the crash. It happened in August in Marshfield.
6-week-old Ada Mae miller was thrown from her mother's arms and later died.
