We now know how much it will cost to fly from Eau Claire to Chicago on United Airlines starting in March.

In an online search for ticket prices Friday, we found it will cost $538.42 for two adults, round trip. That's about $269 per person with taxes included.

Chippewa Valley Regional Airport Manager Charity Speicht says that cost can fluctuate with a number of factors depending on when the flight is booked, and if you're connecting for a longer trip.

The service to Chicago is scheduled to start March 1, after United was given a subsidy from the federal government instead of Delta, which operates Northwest Airlines earlier this year.
