MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Madison police say there were no major incidents at this weekend's Mifflin Street block party -- but 366 people were arrested.
>
That's up nearly 40 percent over the number arrested last year.
>
Police spokesman Mike Hanson says most of the arrests were for alcohol-related offenses. Almost all the people arrested were cited and released, and only a handful were actually taken to jail.
>
The annual spring party takes place a few blocks from the U-W-Madison campus.
