Lincoln Elementary Closing
Lincoln Elementary will close after this school year due to budget cuts.
At a ceremony Sunday, the school was remembered fondly by past students, staff, and community members. Sunday's open house was attended by more than 300 people who say they will miss Lincoln Elementary and regret having to see it close its doors.
The current kindergarten and fifth grade Lincoln students will be relocated to Lakeshore Elementary.
