The Altoona man accused of pouring lighter fluid on another man's crotch and lighting it on fire has pleaded guilty to felony battery.

43-year-old Randell Peterson was sentenced to three years probation on that charge, but will spend a year in prison for violating probation on an earlier conviction for fifth offense drunk driving.
>
20-year-old Jared Anderson received third-degree burns in what was described as a botched movie re-enactment during a party at Peterson's home in March.
