Bond was set at $1,000,000 cash for Ezequiel Lopez. He's charged in the fatal shooting of Deputy Frank Fabiano, an 18-year veteran of the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department.

The criminal complaint says Lopez told investigators he had been drinking tequila, used cocaine and bought a pistol from a gang member.
He says he didn't stop for the police because he thought he'd been in an accident.
He also told them he can't recall shooting Fabiano.
