Youth Center Host Packers

Hundreds of people came to the Lighthouse Youth Center donating up to $20 to meet six Packer players.

The players at Thursday's event were Michael Hawthorne, Chris Johnson, Chukie Nwokorie, Earl Cochran, Marcus Wilkins, and Kris Briggs.

The Lighthouse Youth Center is a place on Eau Claire's north side where kids can hang out, play games, and avoid trouble.

Today's event was a year in the making for the youth center director, but in the end there were some very happy kids and adults who got autographs and pictures taken with the players.
