A La Crosse man was arrested for hiring a prostitute Thursday night but not before he noticed his credit card missing.

La Crosse police say a man told them he paid Jennifer Stach for sex, and then Stach stole his credit card. Officers arrested Stach for prostitution.

The man told police he met Stach at a bar in downtown La Crosse where they agreed on a price for sex. After the man paid her, police arrested him for patronizing a prostitute.
