Bloomer Police Investigate
Police are looking for the individual or individuals who threw a piece of concrete off the Highway 40 Overpass in Bloomer that injuring a passenger in a vehicle.

The Bloomer Police Department needs your help finding out who's responsible for throwing a piece of concrete off the Highway 40 Overpass in Bloomer on Saturday night.

Officers say the object hit a vehicle driving north on Highway 53 and sliced through the windshield, hitting the passenger.
>
The man was taken to Bloomer hospital and later airlifted to Luther hospital in Eau Claire where he is in stable condition.
>
Anyone who may have seen someone walking on or around the overpass is asked to call the Bloomer Police Department at 715-568-5924.
