One of the suspects accused of bombing Jackson County mailboxes has had his charges dismissed.
The defense attorney for Benjamin Pfaff says the teen pleaded guilty to misdemeanors and had felony charges dismissed after he fulfilled several agreements.
Pfaff and three other teens were accused of damaging mailboxes near Melrose last year. Investigators say Mathias Marco made the bombs and lit the fuses. They say Daniel Sye drove the car.
Court records show Sye and Marco both got 90 days in jail, had to pay restitution and write a letter of apology offering to install new mailboxes.
