Fire destroyed part of a chicken coop Thursday afternoon.
It happened off 530th Avenue in Elk Mound around 3:30 Thursday. Firefighters say most of a chicken coop burned to the ground.
Fire crews think a wood-burning stove started the fire. No one was hurt and firefighters did not know if any animals were hurt in the fire.
