Monroe County deputies say a Tomah school bus hit part of a building Monday afternoon, but no one was hurt.
Deputies say the bus hit the building at County Hwy. W and Justice Road near Camp Douglas.
The Tomah School Superintendent Bob Fasbender says an 18 year veteran bus driver was backing up on a route when she clipped the eave on a farm pumphouse, breaking a window on the bus.
Fasbender says there were 20 kids on the bus at the time, but no one was hurt. There is about $1,000 worth of damage. Fasbender says the district sent another bus to take the rest of the kids home. He says it was not weather related.
