Green Bay Packers Defensive End Johnny Jolly has been indicted for a second time by a Texas grand jury on a felony drug charge.
The 26-year-old from Houston was indicted yesterday for illegal possession of at least 200 grams of codeine.
In July, prosecutors dismissed the charge against him, but said they expected to refile the case. The Harris County District Attorney's office said the case was dismissed so lab technicians could become proficient with a new piece of equipment that measures codeine.
Jolly told reporters in June that he was innocent.
