A committee will meet Tuesday night to talk about a plan to build 13 twin homes in Altoona.
The Altoona Plan Commission approved the proposal from C&M Properties to build the town homes in the River Prairie Development Area last week.
The developer wants to put the twin homes on about 9 acres the city owns. The council approved selling the land for $62,500, but the council still needs to approve the plan for the twin homes. It will take the idea up at its meeting Tuesday night.
The River Prairie Area is still under consideration for a potential new Eau Claire County Justice Center.
