Most Wisconsin business executives surveyed are optimistic about the state's economic outlook.
Almost 80% say things are moving the right direction in their opinion. This is more than double the percentage who expressed an upbeat view one year ago.
The survey conducted by the business-oriented Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce Association attributes this year's confidence to a balanced state budget without increased taxes.
Most survey say Wisconsin's economy should show moderate to good growth over the next 12 months.
