Silver Spring Gardens went from laying people off just over a year ago, to hiring all of those employees back, along with adding on to their current production center.
The new building will allow the company to produce their product more efficiently. It will be located alongside the current facilities.
Ed Schaefer, president of Silver Spring Gardens says the company is one of the fastest growing mustard producers in the United States.
It also produces the Beer-N-Brat Mustard, which is the official mustard of Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
