Charges Expected in La Crosse Fire

Charges will be filed next month in a fire that killed two toddlers in April. The La Crosse district attorney's office has confirmed that charges will be filed, but would not release what the charges would be or who they were filed against.

In April, 3-year-old Donovan Xiong and 2-year-old Kylie Xiong were left alone at their grandparents home on French Island.

The cousins' bodies were found in the basement, where authorities believe they were playing with the furnace pilot light.

The initial court appearance has been scheduled for July 8.
