A Rusk County man is now facing charges after investigators say he videotaped two women naked.
Forty-seven-year-old Kenneth Shrader is charged with two counts of capturing an image of nudity without consent. Investigators say Shrader's girlfriend found two videotapes in their home. One showed Shrader having sex with another woman, and one showed a female's breasts.
The criminal complaint shows the women were taped while in Schrader's RV, and investigators don't believe the women knew about the camera. If convicted, Schrader faces up to seven years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
