A judge sentenced a man to eight years in prison after prosecutors say he and another man sexually assaulted a woman.
The Dunn County District Attorney's office says 46-year-old Anthony Kurtz of Eau Claire was also sentenced to six years of extended supervision. Investigators say in August of 2008, a woman told them she met Kurtz and Mark Monson, and then went to a house in Dunn County where they sexually assaulted her.
Court records show Monson pleaded no contest to the charges.
