Man accused of hitting a man with a truck and pinning him against a tavern pleaded not guilty
The man accused of driving a truck that hit a man outside a tavern and pinned him against the building pleaded not guilty to all charges Monday.

The man accused of driving a truck that hit a man outside a tavern and pinned him against the building pleaded not guilty to all charges Monday.
Online court records show 43-year-old Michael Lunsman is charged with first degree intentional homicide, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, hit and run and criminal damage to property.
The Burnett County Sheriff's Department says the crash happened outside the Last Call Tavern in Danbury. Deputies say Lunsman was driving the vehicle that hit the man.
