The investigation of a homicide case continues Monday in Jackson County.
Authorities say they found a 32-year-old person dead after responding to a call from a home in the Sand Pillow villiage Saturday.
The 9-1-1 call was made in the afternoon about a person bleeding excessively. When officers arrived, the person was already dead.
The Jackson County Sheriff's department is withholding the victim's name pending notification of family.
