UW-Eau Claire Student Killed by Train
UW-Eau Claire student, James Liegl, was killed July 5th when he was hit by a train in Sheldon.

A UW-Eau Claire student was killed last week when he was hit by a train in Sheldon.

As we reported last week, The Rusk County Sheriff's department says 20-year-old James Liegl was hit just before 3 a.m. on July 5th.
>
Liegl was working in Sheldon for the summer.
He graduated in 2005 from Wausaukee High School and was a Junior Accounting major at UW-Eau Claire.
>
A funeral service will be held July 13th in Wausaukee.
>
The Sheriff's Department is waiting on more test results to determine what happened that night.
