A controversial ethanol plant proposed in Sparta could result in a lawsuit.

The attorneys for Century Foods International say they plan to file a federal lawsuit against the developer of a planned ethanol plant. The attorneys say the plant will violate the Federal Clean Air Act. Century Foods says its dairy-based food products would be contaminated by the ethanol plant's pollution.

An attorney for the ethanol company, Coulee Area Renewable Energy, says the proposed lawsuit would be without merit.

Oh for God's sake Centery Foods get over yourself!!! I live in the town of Stanley and no one has been poisoned or died from the ethanol plant. If you don't like it, pack yourself up and move on! Your town has approved of the plant comming in, take the hint- you lost, now get over yourself!
